Sorry this post is a little late! Even though we were not gonna be home for christmas, we decided to decorate our tree this year and also Jonathan wrote a letter to Santa..

Jonathan has been working so hard on his writing and we think he is doing a WONDERFUL job!! Here is his letter he wrote to Santa.

We were able to spend christmas up in Bear lake at the Cabin with Jakes family. We had a good time. Jakes grandma came from Alabama and his sister and family came from Washington DC area. It was a fun year to start a new tradition. Grandpa (jakes dad) decided that it would be fun to make Pine cone ornaments to hang on their tree up there. So on the wednesday before christmas, we all sat down as a family, and made our pine cone Ornaments. After that was done, we were able to decorate the family christmas tree for the very first time! It's a BEAUTIFUL tree!! its a 12.5 ft tree. We all had fun.

Here is Grandpa showing the boys how to do the project.

Here are the final products of our "COOKIE" adventure.. Each kid made their "own" cookie for santa.. Santa was VERY full by the end of the night :)

So we have a tradition that the children get new PJ's every year to wear on christmas eve. Here is a picture of the kids with their new Jammies.

The kids woke up at 7 to see what Santa brought to them!! They were so excited to see that he found them at the cabin! Santa sure did deliver this year and they were very happy!

Kayleigh asked Santa for a Violin for Christmas. We are now working on trying to a good Teacher to show her how to play :)

Cute, Cute pictures of the kids. That tree was enormous, and the pine cone thing was cool. Now back to work, work, work, and drama, drama, drama! Hope you're feeling good.
